Shipping policy

Please be aware that our products are made to order. We advise our customers to  allow 1 day to prepare your order, plus the additional shipping time, which will depend on your choice of shipping and relative location.

Our products are created and shipped with great care, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you're unhappy with something you received, please take a photo right away and send it over to our Social Media pages. We are keen on working with you to find a solution that is fair for all parties involved so please contact us so that we may work with you to resolve the problem to your full satisfaction.

**Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery time for any order placed on our site. Orders are shipped as soon as we can, typically next day and are delivered the following day. As such we Ship out orders Mon-Thurs with the expectation of Next Day Delivery. However, due to our carriers' terms and regulations, we cannot offer refunds for delays for any reasons beyond our direct control.
